Troubleshooting FAQ

Below are listed problems we have seen, and their solutions.

If any problem persists, feel free to contact scole at usip.org.

Browser Issues

  • Messaging stops working on just one machine.
  1. Completely quit out of the browser that one is using. (If you need to remember the web page you were on, you might want to bookmark it.)
  2. Restart the browser
  3. Clear the cache (On Firefox this is under Tools -> Clear Private Data)
  4. Return to the OSP Simulation

Captcha Issues

Make sure that X11 server is running
