The primary objective of the simulation is to provide you a chance to apply concepts and practice skills related to the following course objectives:

  • Develop conflict transformation and communication skills necessary to effectively lead aspects of conflict management missions.
  • Understand the impact of an implementation across sectors and on the overall peace agreement , which learned through scenario decisions.
  • Establish team principles that will guide your joint actions in the field.
  • Experience the complexities of managing diverse teams operating in different cultural environments.
